Disappointing experience with my order

I placed an order for a bottle of vegan liqueur on December 15th, hoping to enjoy it during Christmas. I received an email confirming that my order was being processed, but then I heard nothing further! I reached out multiple times via email and social media, but received no response. Eventually, I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, but still no reply. This has been a complete waste of time and money. I recommend steering clear of this service.

Chocolate order mishap

I ordered 6 chocolate bars on May 9th and received a confirmation email stating my order was being processed. As of May 27th, I had heard nothing and hadn't received the chocolate. I emailed to inquire about my order but received no response. On May 28th, I was offered a refund or to wait longer due to a launch. I requested an update on June 12th but still no reply. Very disappointing.

Incorrect order shipped

I ordered 6 bottles of original liqueur, but they sent Strawberry instead! I emailed them at least 6 times to change or cancel the order and was completely ignored. They have now dispatched it, and I don't want it. After spending a lot of money with them over the years, I am extremely frustrated. Why can't they just respond? I am allergic to strawberries!

Fantastic lactose-free chocolate

I bought 3 bars from a small shop, but they arrived white and crumbling. Excellent customer service as they replaced all three without any issues. I've just tried the new bars, and they are fantastic! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing

This is the best vegan liqueur I've tried, even better than I remember Baileys tasting! I've been hooked for a year, and both my partner and I love it. I'm surprised by the low ratings since we've ordered about 5 times without any issues.

Poorly packaged glass bottles

I just received an order of 2 trial bottles sent unwrapped in a cardboard tube. Upon opening, I was showered with glass and vegan liqueur because one bottle had shattered.

Avoid this company - tasteless and rude!

I bought 6 bars of chocolate. While the chocolate itself is decent, it lacks any real flavor despite being labeled as flavored varieties. It seems they just sprinkle crumbs on the back before wrapping. I contacted the company with my feedback, and received a borderline rude response suggesting I get a COVID-19 test. I've never had such a bizarre and rude reply. I won't be purchasing again; what a disappointment and waste of £20.
