I bought a pair of shoes, but the correct documentation for shipping to the US was not provided. As a result, customs held my package, and I haven't received any responses to my emails or messages. I bought a pair of shoes. They failed to include the correct documentation for shipping to the US, resulting in customs holding my package. No one is replying to my emails or messages, leaving me without my money and my item! I strongly advise against making any purchases from them; you may end up losing your money.
A complete disaster. I felt completely taken advantage of. I returned a pair of sneakers that were too small, in pristine condition, never worn, with all original tags. The only thing missing was the original box, which I lost during travel. I shipped them back securely in a clean box. They denied my refund and even refused to exchange the shoes for the correct size. Now they have both the shoes and my money. This is unacceptable and feels dishonest. A box should not hold more value than the product itself. Terrible customer service — I won't buy from them again and urge others to think carefully.
