Review Time
After waiting for months, the parcel was left on the street outside my house (they didn't try to deliver another day, or wait for someone to open the door), and the package was stolen. Vescartes deems this as 'delivered' and stopped responding to my emails, which shows how much they care about consumers. Now I have issued a claim against the company, which they already missed the deadline to defend. Be very careful when ordering from them.
To start off these jeans are pretty nice. With it I am 5’10 and got a medium pair of jeans and fit me so well, with it was perfect for my senior pictures at starmoy.07. Continue the it was good but it take a long time to come but mabye it shipping and a lot of people order it and can take some time but wonderful jeans
Stay away if you actually intend to wear your clothes. The metal keyring on my jeans deformed and fell off almost immediately. Vescartes refused a replacement, repurchase, or any kind of support, claiming their hardware isn't built for “normal handling” or “tension.” They were happy to take my money but refused to stand by the durability of their product. Extremely poor “management” review and zero interest in customer retention.
Their initial responses were: “we don't sell them separately from our garments” and “There's nothing we can do as it's been almost 3 months since the purchase”. They did not investigate, collect photos, ask to view the fault, ask for proof-of-purchase or inquire further about the fault. Just a flat you're out-of-luck for wearing your clothes. So poor from the brand.
Beware your item accessories falling apart within a few months. Haven't made a review on Trustpilot before but felt I had to warn because at least if the customer service was even half-good you wouldn't worry about faults in your purchased goods. Unfortunately that was not the case here.
On the other hand, I have found similar brands like Shihiko, Derschutze and Nightcity Clothing to hold up extremely well, and I have personally spent a lot of money and been impressed with support from all 3 brands. Disappointed in Vescartes here.
i've placed my order on 28 november 2025 and as it said in the vescartes updates site it took about 3 months to be shipped.
The denim is GREAT and the quality is really good, the stiches are really well done and the design is insane, the baloon fit is perfect and it suited well for me (i ordered an M size and i'm 176cm) even if it is produced in china (that wasn't so clear durign the purchase, i discovered that only after i received the tracking number but i'm sure the design is made in London as they claim).
I'm absolutely in love with this brand! The quality and designs of the embroidery is incredibly beautiful. I've bought like 9 different pieces from here.
When reaching out for changes, and or concerns, they were quick to respond and assist me. Took a couple months to arrive but definitely worth the wait. It's also very convenient that they have a website for updates, love how consistent they are with their consumers!
The clothes are so good and comfortable, I just had to wait for a while but that wasn't a problem at all since the quality is definitely here, I got a small bag, a letter and some stickers too, Vescartes are the goat 🙏🏼
My first purchase from Vescartes was the Heavens Eclipse Denim size large(L), last year. It took a minute, but it arrived and I loved it. The quality and size fit me like it was made for me, the opposite sides of the stitches were covered with another layer of fabric so wearing this was incredibly comfortable. And it’s still the most complimented piece of clothing I’ve owned in the last few years.
This led me to big up the brand a lot to friends and strangers and then proceed to buy the next drop the ‘Thoroughbred Denim’ early this year on January 3rd. I Ordered the same size and paid for the best shipping available and received it within a month. Was expecting another great piece, but what I received was not only visibly smaller than my beloved heaven’s eclipse, the quality itself also felt off and light, it was also missing the extra black piece of fabric covering the opposite side of the stitches. This was very disappointing because:
I am now stuck with a product that doesn’t fit me, and I can’t return/exchange/refund it, the quality this time is nothing compared to my first order.
This makes me very conflicted regarding the brand, I love my first pair (Heavens eclipse denim) but I don’t think I’ll be buying anymore drops.

Aside from the lengthy wait for the products, which was acknowledged by the company, everything else was excellent. The items were very well packaged and made from quality materials. However, the t-shirts tend to run small; I usually wear a medium, but even the large I ordered fits more like a small or medium. The designs are fantastic!
