If I could do zero stars I would

If I could do zero stars I would. I had to pay $542.95 to have a lift sit in front of my house for about an hour. It wasn’t used. It wasn’t working. Crap company that I’m going to report to the bureau of better business.

Handling issues.

We rented several lifts for over 6 months. Towards the end we had several issues with one of the lift. We asked to extend the contract for the additional days since we could use it while it was down. We estimated it was down for over 5 days. They gave us two days. I think there is a flaw in how they handle issues. The lift being down cost us way more the the cost of renting the lift. I didn't not even go into that with them. For them to only extend it two days was a joke.
