The machine broke during usage

The machine broke during usage, then a week later I was told that I would be charged an additional half day of usage. I ended up renting an exact same type of machine from United Rental to finish the job. You guys suck!

Great customer service

Great customer service, yet faulty equipment. The lift we ordered needed a new battery, which pushed our installers out and we were charged more by them since the lift wasn't working properly.
