I am compelled to share my profound disappointment and frustration with the current ticketing and holiday event policies—particularly at one popular theme park.
Purchasing park tickets for a family is already an expensive endeavor. After spending a significant amount just to enter, it feels unreasonable to discover that during the holiday season, guests cannot enjoy the park at night unless they pay an additional $200 per person for a “special celebration.” This experience should be part of the standard ticket price, especially considering the high costs families already incur when visiting.
How does the company expect middle-class families to manage an extra $200 per person on top of airfare, accommodations, meals, and other expenses? For many, this additional cost transforms what should be a magical trip into a heavy financial burden.
The company has long marketed itself as a place “for families,” yet decisions like this convey a very different message. It almost seems fitting for their logo to feature a character holding stacks of cash, as these pricing strategies make it exceedingly difficult for middle-class families to enjoy experiences that were once included.
This is precisely why my partner has avoided visiting for years—he has often remarked that it is cheaper to take our entire family to Europe than to go to this theme park. After witnessing these policies firsthand, I now understand his perspective.
The joy of visiting should not come with financial strain or exclusion. I genuinely hope the company reevaluates these policies and finds a way to make holiday experiences accessible to the families that have contributed to its legacy.

However, the following month, the company charged me the standard rate again. I reached out through the chat support but they couldn't locate my account details. The app and website are truly frustrating. You can't log in on the website to contact support about app issues. If you are logged into the app, you can't download anything. It's arguably the worst streaming service available.

Enjoyable Cartoons and Animation

The cartoons from this service are quite enjoyable, featuring interesting plots and vibrant colors. I grew up watching classics and they still resonate today. Their shows are entertaining for both kids and adults. While I can't say the new cartoons surpass the old ones, they still capture the same essence.

Good Shows but Frustrating Experience

The shows are good and offer decent value, but it only takes a couple of months before they try something questionable that leads to a cancellation. After watching daily, the platform tried to get me to log into an old account to charge me twice. As soon as I canceled, they allowed me to access my current account again. It required numerous confirmations to finally cancel. They seem to always be looking for ways to extract more without providing value. I plan to try again in July 2026.
