Keep on getting Error Code 41 on my Sony Android TV. No problems with other streaming services. Went to Sony and they tried everything to fix it but with no success. Disney + say they are working with Sony but Sony have no knowledge of this.It’s just a really poor streaming service and I expect better from a Global company such as Disney. Now I am getting the ‘Who’s watching?’ Spinning circle of death for £7.99 per month. Pull your socks up Disney +
Far too little new content to make it worth while subscribing. I’m writing this due to their policy of releasing 1 episode a week to try and get more months out of your pocket (mandalorian, the falcon and the winter soldier). If for some reason you haven’t seen all the Marvel films your in for a treat; but does that person really exist? Ok for a single month rental when these series end, but otherwise just a money grabbing joke.
I have had Disney plus since it launched March 2020. I have a 6 year old who loves it. I think the content is a bit low for teenagers/adults and realistically an annual subscription probably wouldn't be required to watch what you want if you are in those age demographics. It is Disney though and there is plenty on there to keep 4-10 year olds occupied in my opinion. 4 stars instead of 5 from me due to the fact i don't think an annual sub offers value to all the family. Apart from the occasional buffering issue when watching through a SkyQ mini box, we have no issues when streaming disney plus.
Disney+ keeps on crashing on my computer device. Not only for me but other people I know says that Disney+ on their devices keeps crashing too! the browser I use is safari and I can see Netflix, viaplay, hbo ext. on my computer without any issue
signed up decided didnt want get my bank statement and disney have taken 5 payments !! went on chat got cut off twice called on phone an hour supposed to be uk i had to say my name 10 times they couldnt understand me. shocking shocking customer service will never use again
Having just subscribed to Disney Plus Im appalled the unwatchable HDR quality content its so dark yo can barley see what is happening on your TV.My TV is a 4K HDR10, I've adjusted the setting and it barley makes any difference to the very dark HDR content.Im not the only customer who is having this issue, lots of other users are expressing the same problems on Reddit and other internet groups.I have tried to contact Disney about this issue but mu emails just get bounced back, other forms of communication have been ignored.A fantastic way to treat a new customer, I will be cancelling this in the future....................
