Disney+ is not worth it at all

Disney+ is not worth it at allWe are haveing a problem with Disney+Somthing went wrong it says all the time when playing a movie or cartoonand all they could do was run a ip reset and then get me to do some test and in the middle of the test the guy suddenly disconnected me due to his workday was over so i had to get incontact with a new person who had to get the whole story over again.... all this took 1 hour such a waste of time and not only that im still waiting for infomation about the same problem about 2 months ago and still no help to be gained i even got told i will send this to the exsperts an then once the stuff have been fixed we wont contact you all you can do is keep trying to see if its been fixed..... but come on they had over 2 months now to try an fix it..... All in all STAY AWAY from disney+ they steal your money an you get a produkt you cant use for anything

Disney Plus - Terrible Customer Service

In 2020, I had Disney Plus, and because I moved to @latvia, a country this stream wasn't supporting, I had to cancel. The payment method was via Klarna direct debit, and I contacted Disney as I couldn't log in to my account to terminate it due to the country's limitations. They replied that not paying would automatically cancel the plan (attached). A few weeks later, Klarna contacted me, charging the value; I informed them, shared documents, connected both parties and moved on.A few weeks later, but still in 2021, my issues began: Incasso started to try to charge me for this debit.For several years, I have been sharing the same documents, and every three months, they threaten to charge even more. I politely replied, explaining the situation and sharing the documents proving this charge must be disregarded. Still, they insist, and that's why I am reporting this to Trust Pilot.I tried to contact Disney, and they insisted this was not their problem, but nothing was done to amend the situation.Case Number - CS2916224

Nice diverse selection but a bit pricey

I have tried Disney+ for a couple of months, and found it a reliable and stable streaming network, with a good and diverse selection of series and movies.I particularly like Marvel, Star Wars and Starz.Too bad it is so pricey, it would be great to get for example Netflix and Disney+ in a discounted bundle.

I cant remove my credit card..

I cant remove my credit card... I log on to wrong Disney plus account and now they have my credit card. and even if i cancel the subscription they can resume at any time.

The service is simply broken

I signed up to Disney+ about 2 months ago. After a few weeks it just stopped loading for me on all devices. It said it wasn't available in my region despite me being in Scotland. I spent hours on the helpline and lost about 1 week of streaming before it was fixed.Now, a different error message has appeared. I don't know if I can face another 3 hours talking to clueless tech cretins who tell me to 'reset my device' ten times. I've had Netflix for over 10 years and not once has it not worked for me. Hey Disney, once you've started paying your writers and actors a decent wage, maybe your tech deaprtment should be next.

Can only stream every 4th time on PC

Can only stream every 4th time on PC - it's like it just won't stream on certain time of the day - and then when it finally works, the wait time from the Star logo to the show actually showing is 10+ mins. Why ?!? Youtube, Netflix and Twitch all works fine, so not a network issue, more of a Disney issue !
