-1. Went to press monthly suubscription. Before i could do anything it continued to annual subscription. My bank did not authorise £79. I tried Live chat to get refund on 26th Dec. Its now midnight into 8th Jan still waiting. I called 5 different people Celiste and Abbey hung up tonight. Melinde took 40 mins to tell me 7-10 day refunds. Jolie told me 3-5. Larry fobbed me off getting no common sense answers. Then told me my money was sent. Jay tonight 46 mins trying to get me a supervisor whilst waiting was breathing heavy down the phone. Weird. Tonight im told ill get call tomorrow. Apparently my refund was 'stuck' and not sent . God knows what that means. Do not buy from these muppets.
They cancel my subscription and refund me without even asking or agreeing. It seems they do not want to renew the memberships at the original price from a year ago of 589kr compared to new prices 790kr. This is mishandling of a customer. I expect to compare the original subscriber agreement cause I think I have some rights as a customer.
When I think disney I think quality content, unfortunately this is the opposite here. disney+ makes false advertising when saying 4K UHD streaming. In fact the platform can only stream at up to 480p.What a shame for such a big brand.
really bad. For starters the search function is really bad forget about finding new stuff unless you want to look mostly everything trough alphabetically. that the only way you can sort a bit is trough genre, but that's it.then second is the new price compared to the amount of good movies, wayyyy overpriced. and no good movies only a couple of fanboy movies and genres.
