I love the IP that Disney+ owns, but the shows are a crapshoot if they're good or not, usually boring as all hell. And then it only loads about half the time, which is very annoying. Worst functioning streaming service I have ever seen.
Too many errors in website. Bad programming. No support. Absolute worst movie platform. Problem is that they have some of the best movie. The It guys shoud be sacked and competent people hire to solve the mess. After 2 day still trying to log in. after 4 years subscription.
This is a corrupt organisation. Previous tto my last review of this shameful organisation I have asked them for thier complaints procedure. I was given an email address to which i sent a complaint which took me ages to write because of the numerous telephone calls previously. I received a reply yesterday which said nothing about the contents of my complaint, all the email contained was a computer generated email telling me to cancel my subscription which they already did on the 7th October 2024 when they verbally and also in writing agreed to my refund for taking £119. 90p from my bank when it should have been £10.99. It then informed me to contact thier customer service team which I had already made 7 calls to previously and was constantly told that my refund had been issued when it hasn't. I spoke to another individual again today to hear the same nonsense. I questioned her about the complaint i had made and read the response email to my complaint twice to still have to listen to this individuals robotic bull. I have scoured the Internet and have found dozens of people with very similar experiences with Disney plus. It seems that this brand cannot be trusted because they have a record of stealing people's money and not returning it. If I were you i would think twice about taking out a subscription because it seems that their system cannot differenuat between £119.90p and £10.99p and then you don't get your money back Thier great and dishonesty is quite disgusting. They don't have a valid complaint procedure even though by law they should. Beware of them.
