Frustrating Experience with Unhelpful Staff

This has been the most frustrating experience I've encountered. The customer service was inadequate, and the staff appeared unqualified. One employee made a mistake with my booking, and despite my attempts to seek compensation, I've received no response. To make matters worse, that same employee even threatened to cancel my existing ticket.
