This is a con company poor customer service? Now what's after care customer service going to be Over charges customers then try to keep your money for a service not provided when you want to leave them to go to another funeral parlour shame on company don't no how to look after customers now just keep changing n making up rules to bloody suit them, all they bothered about is how much money they can make out of living n dead needs investigating this company as something is not right
