Thank you Distinct Cremations.

Distinct Cremations dealt with all aspects of mum's funeral and cremation in a dignified and respectful way. They treated us with kindness and compassion, and kept us informed about what would happen when. They clearly explained to us the options and choices available to us, and we never felt pressured or obligated in any way. Mum's wedding ring and her ashes were safely returned to us, with the lady returning mum's ashes arriving at exactly the time she said she would. My brother and I are glad we chose Distinct Cremations to take care of mum's cremation.

Lovely people

I am so happy we chose distinct…

I am so happy we chose distinct cremations , I dealt with a lovely lady called Natalie who explained everything to me and so I could decide what was the best option for my Husband and I . It’s so easy to set up and even received a courtesy call to check we had received everything and did we have any worries. I would highly recommend this company if this is the path you want to take .

A Perfect Goodbye

From the moment my mum passed away until the moment we collected her ashes, the customer service was brilliant. We were given a dedicated Funeral Director ( Kerry Ludlow) who was always just a call away for any questions or concerns we had with the arrangements of my mums cremation. She guided us through the whole experience with, kindness, empathy and compassion. We will always be grateful for all the help and support we were given at such a difficult time.

Facts plain and simple. The staff explained in detail what would happen if I signed up, no hidden agenda, no add ons.The staff always communicated with warmth and understanding on a subject that could be very personal.

Peace of mind

It was easy to arrange the pre paid funeral and the follow up phone call was a chance to ask any questions I had. It was also good to be informed that I can contact them with any concerns or questions I have in future.
