I have took out a direct cremation policy and found it so easy to do, not knowing how it all works I put it off for a very long time and now realise I should have done it sooner, it was all straight forward from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions, the on line forms were easy and the paper work came through in a matter of days, I had a question and got straight through to a very helpful young lady who put my mind at rest, I am very happy with my decision and know if I have a query it will be handled with complete understanding and compassion.
When I lost my beautiful daughter Charlotte , I was devastated . I felt lost and very lonely . Sarah at Distinct cremations was kind and she really cared .Nothing was too much trouble she and her staff were wonderful . I would highly recommend them to anyone ,and everyone who cares about their loved one .

I engaged with distinct cremations due to an unexpected death of a close family member. With no plan to follow and a feeling of shock, i was lucky to have my first enquiry answered by Maxine. Fully empathetic whilst engaging, Maxine took me through the options with no hard sale or pressure to make a decision. Upon making the decision on the type of service, a celebrant was put in touch with me. Maxine helped me with the order of service images giving valid feedback to ensure I was happy with the final product.Jade the selected celebrant did a fantastic job of delivering my eulogy with compassion and kindness. Outside of anyone's control was the poor sound system of the crematorium; but this is not a reflection on Distinct Cremations. The service went according to plan; even the weather was kind.I would highly recommend this company to help you with what is probably one of the hardest events you ever need to plan.
