They kept us abreast of everything step by step.MAXINE rang us daily to let us know where it was upto.also it's not just the cremation itself but how consciousness maxine and all her colleagues are and how sincere they all are you can tell its genuine it's obviously not just a job but a life vocation for them.nothing was too much trouble for them and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you, 10 out of 10 fabulous company.MAXINE called me when it was all done and finished to offer her condolences again and to let us know anything going forward just to call her she was brilliant
From the time of purchasing the package to the final return has been a seamless experience. Communication has been second to none, handled with care and sympathy throughout.
