This has been the worst experience I've ever had. The response time is incredibly slow. I placed my order on November 2nd, and they charged my account right away. However, on December 2nd, they charged me again without my permission. I cannot recommend this to anyone.

I've ordered from this brand twice before. The first time took over a week and a half to ship, but the second time was fast, taking only three days. However, during their Black Friday sale, I ordered five items and it's been 11 days with no updates or shipping confirmation. I've contacted support without any response. Others received their orders quickly, making this experience very frustrating.
I bought from this company many times and I’ve never had a complaint with them. The quality of the items are very good and the shipping isn’t bad. You also get what you pay for.And for the people complaining about them not doing returns for sizing, they have sizing charts on every item to ensure that you do not get the wrong size.
