Review Time
If we start with the good stuff, the product quality is very good and I think a lot of people are missing out on these great coats for dogs. The product is a really good price giving great value for money. My little daxi no longer gets a cold wet tummy but is now we protected.
Not so good, the time taken to receive my order was over a month and I would have to say that good communication was not in evidence, this needs to improve.
I have to say though that we will definately be using doggykings again.
Doggy King's jackets are great for my dogs I ordered the wrong sizes and there customer service sorted it and exchange them and they look fab I will be telling friends about them
It’s absolutely the worst company to deal with. They provide no address for refunds and only option is an exchange or return by paying a premium. They DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS. The sizes are all wrong and imo it’s a big con so I would suggest one to stay away
The dog coat I ordered took about two weeks to come. I only realised when tracking that it comes from China.
The coat then didn’t fit. I asked for the returns process and was offered another jacket but only if I pay £5 for shipping which they say will cover the cost of the return for the original jacket.
I just want to return the coat and get a refund.
Meanwhile I am bombarded with sale offers every day.
I’ll be going back to Equafleece - no comparison with customer service!
The jacket i received was great quality was fab but I suggest to make you size up they come up really small which is deciveing on the site I wanted a refund but they persuaded me to buy another for £5 I wish I hadn't have heard nothing from them its been nearly 6weeks wouldn't recommend this company unfortunately!!!
I ordered a medium winter jacket based on the measurements displayed on the company’s website at the time of purchase. The jacket that arrived does not match those measurements.
When I raised this with customer services, their response completely missed the point. They stated:
“You did indeed order size M, which is the size that was delivered.”
That was never in question. The issue is that the sizing information advertised on their website was incorrect at the time I placed my order. I ordered in good faith using the measurements provided.
Since then, I’ve noticed the measurements on their website appear to have been changed. That is extremely concerning. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy or taking responsibility, the company simply deflected the issue.
Based on my experience, the sizing information was misleading and the customer service response was unhelpful. I would not recommend purchasing from this company
The 3 in 1 dog coats are great! Super padded and look expensive even though they are not. Would definitely recommend! Customer service is also very good. Make sure you measure your dog, I messed up here, but customer service soon fixed this problem. Very happy!
You were so helpful when I'd ordered the wrong size, I'd ordered two for my English springer and working cocker, the look fantastic, I've been trying to get a coat that covers their bellies, these coats a perfect thank you

Emailed me daily kept me up to date. So I got the right size
Finally received 2 beautiful jackets that my vizsla looks stunning in. Would I recommend. Absolutely.
This advert stated FAST DELIVERY. What a terrible customer service. It never stated on route from China. Would never have ordered this had I had known. Intend returning harness WHEN delivered. That should be fun. Do not order from this company.
