Review Time
Needed some tap spout seal washers that were a strange size. None in my two boxes of mixed sized O rings would fit. Ordered Di Vapor's Universal seals kit late afternoon and the postman arrived with them next day. Amongst the seals supplied were the two I needed complete with a sachet of silicone grease. My tap is like new again.Phew!
the website is helpful and easy to use, i found my product, purchased and confirmed the order and opted for next business day delivery. i contacted Di Vapor after i didn't receive a delivery schedule. the courier used was royal mail/parcel force and had 'attempted a delivery' without my knowledge so was taken back to the depot with limited options. It was redelivered the following day as there was not an option to collect from the depot resulting in a delay to the fitting. in the end it was not delivered 'next day'. So Di Vapor did a great job.. shame about the courier.
Excellent customer service, I was unsure of the parts I needed fix my shower, using the chat line, I got the help I needed along with parts reference numbers for ease of ordering, the parts arrived the following day, can’t ask for more that that.
