A friend asked me to collect her delivery while she was away — I wasn’t expecting such a generous box of flowers from Freddie’s Flowers.
It was the “Lines from a Sonnet” bouquet, complete with simple arranging instructions. Within minutes, I had a stunning display.
Nearly two weeks later, they still look fresh and vibrant.

I spotted a Freddies Flowers pop-up in Cardiff just before Christmas. I'd been falling out of confidence with the company I used to use for delivering gifts of this kind for a while now. The quality and quantity of what we were getting just wasn't worth their steep increases in price.
I've made a complete swap to Freddies Flowers after my first delivery. They were stunning, in great quantity, and lasted beyond the two weeks they said.
The vase included in my offer is such great quality too.
I've since sent gifts to loved ones for anniversaries and we were very happy again.
Highly recommend trying out Freddies Flowers whether for a flower subscription or a one-off delivery to a loved one.
My only wish is that I could have just signed up without having to create a subscription, as I cannot easily remove my personal details via the website.
Just received a call from Jake, and he told me about a new system they have that worked around my issues and was super helpful. He was great to talk to and convinced me to come back on board with Freddie’s flowers.
I ordered flowers well in advance for the delivery on St Valentine's day. The order was never delivered. No updates or apology provided and there was no way to contact anyone. This company ruined the celebration. It's absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered a delivery as a present for my mum.
Told her to expect something.
I said, I'd like to cancel my subscription after this delivery.
They just read "cancel account".
Here's my email verbatim:
"As it is too soon. I would like to close my account on the 22nd of December. If that is the correct way to cancel my following delivery."
Not current delivery, which was due on the 19th.
I didn't waste any money. But their customer service team didn't bother to read my email.
So, time wasted ordering, emailing to understand cancellation, reading FAQs. No time spent reading my actual emails.
I reached back out:
Boilerplate reply not reading what I'd actually written:
"You asked to cancel and it was within the 48 hour window".
No, I'd asked to cancel on the 22nd, when the delivery was due on the 19th.
No apologies, no - we'll send flowers out. Terrible customer service.
And I'm sure I'll get a reply "we want to make this right" etc., well you didn't when it mattered.

I am always wary of ordering flowers online. I have tried quite a few companies and it’s always been a big disappointment.
When I opened the box I thought yep another rip off company. The box is very well packed and on first glance appears to be a few bits and pieces but not much.
Was I wrong. Once you fully open the box I realised that this is a really generous box and full of variety.
Having displayed the flowers my wife is delighted. Really healthy, some interesting flowers never had before and the willow was just the icing on the flowers.
The flowers were better packed than any others we have ever had ( the delicate flowers are individually wrapped— amazing!). And the quality is obvious to see… even as a non florist.
All in all very happy with the service and the flowers!

I have been a subscriber for several years, and recently I have been receiving the Showstopper arrangement. Until now, I was quite pleased with the flowers and felt I got good value for my money. However, my last few deliveries, especially today’s, have been very disappointing, and I feel shortchanged since the Showstopper and Classic arrangements are nearly the same despite the £13 price difference. Come on, give your Showstopper customers a better deal!
I received two deliveries of Burgundy Kiss - truly one of the finest selections for 2025. The rich, velvety red flowers are just perfect for the holiday season. Absolutely delightful! Fantastic flowers, excellent delivery, and wonderful service. A Showstopper or two each week keeps everyone satisfied!
I’ve now decided to cancel my account with the service, and the final straw was my Christmas bouquet. Almost every arrangement I received had issues. Flowers were wilting after just a few days, gladioli that refused to bloom, and while the flowers were indeed nice and unique, the problems became overwhelming. For Christmas, I ordered a standout bouquet and anticipated something spectacular. However, when it arrived, there was a strange note indicating a replacement of foliage. What they replaced was the lovely fragrant winter pine with an unattractive mass of cheap filler that was too large for the vase. It felt like no one cared or understood the level of disappointment. I sent photos showing how bad it looked, and I had to spend extra to buy some pine foliage just to make it presentable. When I emailed to cancel, it was all handled by AI, with no human interaction to understand my concerns. That was the breaking point for me.
