My warranty was for a year but the part failed after 14 months. Di Vapor were extremely understanding and gave me a full refund despite it being out of warranty. I'm very impressed with their service, they are extremely knowledgeable of the products. If they can help by advising on cheaper solutions they do. Very client focussed. Wish all firms operated this way.
Attempting to replace a corroded thermostatic cartridge which had been discontinued by the manufacturer I reached out to Di Vapor and they provided a replacement that works better than the original. My confusion as to compatibility was cleared up by a knowledgeable and helpful Customer Services department. Many thanks
I was able to obtain parts/valves for my shower which were obsolete and not available form local plumbing suppliers as an off the shelf item. This avoided me having to replace the complete shower controls to an alternative brand. This would have been expensive. (One cold cartridge valve at a few pounds was the solution) Next day delivery too. Also brilliant advice and assistance from Di Vapour.
