Amazing service I provided an image of faulty shower unaware of brand or model and Di Vapor gave me 2 possible options which had the same dimensions and confirmed the part match. I purchased item which arrived next day (amazing as it was Royal Mail) My plumber came replaced part and I now have a fully working shower. Cost me £49 in total local plumbing store told me I’d need to replace entire shower costing circ £200! Thanks Di Vapor you 100% live up to your reputation!!
Worts and all… the shower valve arrived in good time and order. Was it a perfect replica of the existing valve, no it wasn’t, but it was a perfect fit where it really mattered. The only downside is that the valve spline circumference was smaller than the original, meaning that the plastic collar that stops rotating the valve to too hot would not fit and therefore that facility was lost. No big deal, what matters is that it fit the manifold perfectly, and the spigot was of the right length and the tap was a perfect fit.A lot of perfects here, I am greatful to Di Vapour for stocking the valve for a manifold which has to be 15 to 20 years old.
