Excellent service. One of the rock boots I received from DRIS had some manufacturing defects. As soon as I let the good people at DRIS know, they contacted the manufacturer and had a replacement out to me ASAP. Very satisfied.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

DRIS is great and their customer service exceptional! Ordered a bpw from them, had a few add ons and needed the order to arrive in 12 days, they ordered the parts from the supplier, put them on and shipped to me overnight so I recieved it in 5 days! Gives me time to adjust and try it out at my local ds before taking it to Korea. Big thanks to Kasia and Bill for the help, you have definitely made me a DRIS customer!🤙
