No complaints so far after about a year of many orders. They ship fast and keep you informed when something you ordered is delayed. Their online chat support divers are extremely helpful in finding stuff for you in their inventory which is pretty awesome in scope.
My Side-mount Regs came in a timely manner, there was great communication with the shop and when I received my package everything was already assembled ready to go. It came with the original packaging, so if I needed to store any part I had the bags and everything was safely packed in a bubble wrap cube.
After a month of waiting for my order, it took my inquiry for action to be taken to get things moving. Turned out, my order was held up because the tank light I ordered was no longer available. Only after my inquiry did DRIS ask, if I would accept a different brand light in place of the ordered light. Which I accepted, once I was given information on the product. I should have been contracted by DRIS shortly after they knew they could not fill orders for the discontinued item.All orders i made prior, arrived fairly quickly, often before the expected delivery date.
