The main issue

The main issue - I haven't received the order in time for my birthday dive trip. Some of the items were not in stock and it took about a week to get it. By the end shipment department put the wrong address and I added troubles of retrieving the package. Not great experience.

Good course: Great instructors, PADI e-materials materials lacking

While I didn't get as much as I had hoped for from the PADI e-learning materials for the Equipment Specialist course, the instructor-lead instruction was VERY helpful and made everything VERY worthwhile. Instructors Chris Lowe & Dan (LNU) really know their stuff, convey the information clearly & easily, and were very open to questions. They made this course!In addition to the PADI materials being very light on information, I consistently had problems making the layout work for me. Perhaps because I was using an older computer (Windows 7), but it was a problem.I would recommend Chris & Dan as instructors ANY DAY.
