This is my first experience with DRIS

This is my first experience with DRIS. It seems like there might have been a hiccup in getting an item shipped to me due to it being out of stock, and having to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, but apart from a little confusion in the email correspondence I received from them, there appear to be no issues thus far with their friendly service. Overall, my experience was good, the staff seems passionate about what they're doing, and I feel comfortable going back to them for another item in the near future.

Exchange for the proper size, wait to see if it is a happy ending.

Had to return the dry-suit boots, they ran smaller than the sales person (on the chat session) explained to me. So I had the expense of returning the boots and now I am waiting to hear when Dive Right In Scuba will get the required size and then ship it to me.With Holding judgement until I see if I get the boots I wanted in a reasonable time.
