Classic “bait n’ switch” with this order. Item was in-stock when I ordered but on back-order after purchase. The item I eventually received was not the same item I ordered. The original item I ordered is still listed as an in-stock item in the website?? This is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened with DRIS...but it was definitely my last purchase from them!

Got my order right the first time which…

Got my order right the first time which is unusal these days. They called (yeah a real telephone call!) and let me know that all items were not in stock, and gave me the option of a refund, or to put a hold on the entire order, or to send the order peicemeal. They gave me an ETA for the out of stock items and it was right on the money. I will definitely do business with Dive Right In Scuba Again.

I hate to leave bad reviews but…

I hate to leave bad reviews but honestly this wasn’t a good experience. I purchased a Suunto free diving watch two weeks before Christmas. The watch was out of stock but the website does not reflect actual warehouse stocks which is very misleading. The order didn’t arrive until the 2nd week in January. The money was charged to my card in December then returned and then charged again in January which threw me way off because it’s nearly a $500 watch. The only positive thing is that they were in touch with me regularly through email on the status of the order. Just not the best, i wouldn’t buy from them again.
