I bought and paid for a battery charger. It was shipped (I think), I received a tracking number (GFUS01013371828672 ). I cannot get any information on when and how the package will/when arrive.No useful information from Nakto or the shipping company was shared.Very frustrated customer, Aziz Baameur

brand new battery and only last for 4…

brand new battery and only last for 4 miles before going dead. Same with the brand new bike i purchased. NOT ok for a 300 battery.
