Was really disappointed I got my item and it did not fit me right Talked to a salesperson and he suggested replacement I agreed and sent it back ( paid mailing )Got new one and it fit even worseWhen I returned a second item ( paid for both shipments the price of shipment to me was reduced from reimbursement I can survive lost if $11.50 I did not like the fact that I asked if I need to pay shipment if the second item would not fit and got the answer shipment to me is always free If I would just return the item I would not get into the situation Reached to customer service and got an answer because I am returning it the shop will charge me both shipments Bottom line : lost money and lost trust that I am treated as “customer for life “But I lost $11.50 will survive . I spend much more on my scuba purchases in a year . I am afraid in this case the store lost more Thank you
