Bought the Hollis Tek Travel Pack

Bought the Hollis Tek Travel Pack. 1st issue: Wasn't it stock at the time of purchase, nor was it mentioned that it wasn't in stock and then it took more than two weeks to arrive. Which resulted it many lost opportunities to dive whilst in the USA on holidays. If I knew it wasn't in stock at the time of purchase I would it bought from a different supplier. 2nd issue: They forgot to pack the HP hose for the spg. They gave a refund of $25 because I went to a local store to a miflex for $49, as I didn't want to wait another 2 weeks for a hose. 3rd issue: The regs and first stage listed in their description were listed as "balanced and ready to dive". Well, it definitely wasn't ready to dive, I had to assemble the spg, second stages to the 1st stages, LPI, etc etc. And it definitely is NOT balanced. Attached it to a tank, turned on the, and straight away I get a free flow from both second stages when there flow adjustment switches are on +. Now I need to take the regs in to get serviced to balance them properly. 4th issue: The Akona Deluxe Titanium 6.5mm boots have in there description that they are Glued and Blind Stitched. Well guess what, they are most certainly not. Stitching all the way through the Neoprene. I guess whoever wrote the description has no idea what GBS means... Too many mess arounds with one order, especially since I'm on holidays in the USA with limited time and wanted to pick up a good travel kit whilst I'm here and to get in as much Monterey Diving as possible!
