I'm what most sellers would call a low friction customer. I know what I want and don't require much assistance. However, after receiving a recently purchased wetsuit I had a problem. It just didn't fit me properly. A couple quick emails and they had a replacement suit on order the same day. Very responsive and no hassle. Problem solved and another satisfied customer. The fins are known to be great and I needed new ones for travel. Took long to receive compared to using Amazon. I realized why when they finally came made in China. Disappointed in the color they look red compared to the pink ones I am replacing.
