Excellent communication on backordered items!

DRiS provided a solid quote on a backordered item and then Rachel kept me informed via an actual personally written email every two weeks as to the status. The item arrived before the trip, just as promised. I've placed four orders with DRiS in the last year and everything has been fairly priced and quickly shipped or I've been kept accurately informed as to the status of backordered gear.

Save time- ask folks who actually know.

I don't have time to ask questions I need answered to folks who know less than I do- I ask questions and I get a PATIENT response, and I also find folks who are not afraid to say "I don't know, but I will find out" - and they do! My time (and my money) is spent at DRIS because I get answers I can trust.
