Absolutely terrible service, AVOID this company at all costs. They don't provide a reliable and consistent service, and draw you in to another year contract! Their small prints will sting you with extra costs, LOOK ELSEWHERE!RESPONSE to your reply - I requested to cancel your service before the 1st year contract ended with over a months notice, since i didn't want to renew your service as you didn't collect our waste for 5 months. We run multiple clinics in London and use other service providers with no issues since they actually collect our waste. You duped me to stay for another year due to a unethical clause in your contract, I did not want to renew my contract and therefore stopped paying for your lack of service. You're fortunate that I was too busy to respond to the court application, but I paid the requested amount in the end. With 6 months remaining our contract, you refused to continue the service even though you have been paid for it in full, your response is now proof of that. For anyone reading, this is how you will be treated by this company.P.S. They tried to remove this review from Trustpilot, probably what they do with every review they receive, rather than actually providing a good service and encouraging companies to stay with them, they contractually force you to stay with them with their hidden clauses. If Trustpilot try to remove this review, then you are stopping other people from viewing honest experiences and prevent them from being aware of how this company operates.
Recliner Chair from 2nd floor flat / no lift.Excellent, very easy and fast communication with the Divert Team (booking and logistics). Was able to receive accurate collection time on the day. Team of two who arrived were very friendly, fast and professional. This is the third time I have used Divert and will do so again.
