Needed to dispose of a bed and large…

Needed to dispose of a bed and large mattress. From the initial enquiry to the collection was seamless. Great communication and guarantees that the item would be disposed of correctly. Competitively priced. 2 men came to collect having rung us to say when they would arrive. Very professional in moving the items and did not touch the walls on the staircase.5 stars from start to end.

Great customer support

This was our second time using Divert, and the customer service has been very good. A special thanks historically to Teegan for her help with our first booking, and this time round Rowan and Alfie. We had to change dates for our service and both Rowan & Alfie were efficient and quick to respond to the issue and my queries. They liased with collection team, and solved the issue for us, great staff and service. Also the company used for our shredding was very good and the again the staff were polite and efficient, so we were very pleased. I would recommend divert as a company. A special thanks also to Alfie in following up after the service, to check that all had gone ok, we appreciated this.

Efficient Service

Signed up in August, 0 weeks of full service

Signed up in August, after a few sales calls from Lisa. I explained my frustration with my current provider and Lisa ensured, DIVERT has all their own depots and lorrys.Nearly 5 months in and I have not received, 1 week of service in which i signed up for.Week in, week out a different person calls me to apologise and it just goes round in circles.Requests to speak to a manager ignored.Save yourself the headache.Edit - a manager of the company contacted me and communicated regularly to resolve the issues. So far so good, collections seem to be going well and communication is far better now.

Superb service with a smile

Superb service. I work from home but only on certain days. The representative always phones me first to check I'm in. I get an ETA or alternative arrangements if I'm not about. She's so helpful and always smiling. It's a great service at a great price.
