Renting has been difficult in the past. Especially finding a place that met our needs, but this time around in Glasgow with Niamh was so much easier. She was very bubbly and kind and knew exactly what she was doing. Very helpful and recommend to anyone looking to rent

Agent Zosia met us at the property, and gave us a very quick and detailed rundown of the property and how the utilities work. Was also very friendly and polite.

It has been a good experience from DJ Alexander team overall right from viewing to getting the rental tenancy confirmed, Carol was the person handled our case, she was so kind and respectful throughout the process. Overall, had a very good experience.
We moved into a flat over christmas that was in a terrible state- filthy floors and oily stains all over the walls. The flat clearly had not had a second spent on it to refresh the decorarion, or even do the most basic cleaning. Despite this Dj Alexander agreed that the flat was excellently clean on the initial inventory. They accepted it wasn't clean at all after we sent clear proof (over 100 photos, to give you a sense of the scale of the problems). Despite this, they have since refused to take any action despite agreing that the flat needed painted and plastered ,as well as fully cleaned. We have been in over for over 6 weeks now, paid thousands in rent, but the same problems are still present. DJ Alexander are now essentially refusing to do any of the works that they intitially agreed were required. The flat doesn't even have interconnected smoke alarms, which has been a matter of law for years now.
I deeply regret taking on a flat managed by DJ Alexander. They say yes to whatever the landlord says, with no concern for what is right or fair to tenants. All they care about is getting paid. If you have any other option than DJ Alexander then take it, I honestly can't think of a way in which they could be worse.
Abigail (Richards) End of Tenancy Property Relationship Manager has been such a support for us, helping us make our flat ship shape to accept new tenants. Her communication was excellent, totally keeping us in the picture and having the necessary conversations with tradespeople, furniture companies etc. She couldn't have been more helpful - thanks so much Abigail!
