Joining Maverick Trading was the single best decision I ever made regarding my trading career. They specialize in options trading, which is the best way to trade in my opinion. The training curriculum is very in depth and thorough. It's a long process to get through all of the material, but it is worth every minute. You can tell the management there is serious about trading and love what they do. It shows with their presentations and coaching sessions.Another reason I joined Maverick was to be part of a family that trades the market for a living. Trading can be a lonely career and having Maverick there helps you out a lot in that you can talk to other traders, exchange ideas and most importantly learn!Besides the in depth training material, the personal touch of having access to very knowledgeable coaches is the cherry on top. It is very nice to speak to a very experienced traders and learn more about trading then you can even imagine. This is a very cool aspect to Maverick.Mavericks top-down approach to trading is very nice as well. They use basket trading, which was knew to me, but have found it to be a good fit for me and my personality. A great approach to trading the markets.There are capital requirements you must make to join Maverick in order to trade with their capital, but it is worth every penny, especially after you have gone through their training program.I cannot recommend Maverick Trading enough. If you enjoy trading options, then Maverick is the best place for you. I know I am very happy to be part of Maverick family!
They act first like they search for traders I have contacted them with proven track record and anything I thought they are professional after 3 or 4 emails btw the last one they were asking for money 4000$ and some monthly fees and start talking about psychology and course I don’t even care about what they said ! It’s very weird when I tell them that they never answer yet until now because they know that it’s not good to charge people for money the weird part in their description they don’t mention anything about money just they said were looking for traders and bla bla bla … when they text u before the interview they ask u for fesss please run a way of this company its not professional at all
If you are serious about becoming a professional trader and have the time and motivation to complete an intense, in-depth training curriculum with great instructors, consider joing Maverick Trading. You will learn the ins-and-outs of market dynamics, technical analysis, and a multitude of options strategies to use depending on market conditions and outlook. Sure, there is a $7K fee for the training, but it becomes fully refundable once you finish the program, have your trading plan approved, and generate the equivalent amount in returns based on an initial 70/30 split in profit with the firm. In other words, once you generate about $23,500 in gross profit, the firm will return your $7K investment. Provide a performance bond of $5K, and the firm will start you off with a $25K account to trade. Every staff member I've interacted with from the initial screening interview through the training program has been wonderful. I highly recommend the program/firm.
Be careful of these fakers. Everywhere online you’ll see their employees flooding sites with duplicate reviews over and over to scam people. They use their program to sell you strategies that are hard to get to the next level and the opposite of what you want to use to “grow” an account. Eventually your deposit and the monthly fees are worth it for them since they take no risk. Their “traders” have independent coaching companies online for more fraud.
I started with Maverick as I was looking for a more professional environment than what the mainstream 'online prop firms' are offering nowadays. After several months of working with them I can only say positive things. I am now funded with real firm capital and the support from the Maverick is unmatched, from the educational material to the 1-on-1 sessions. If you are serious about trading professionally, reach out to them and be ready to put in time and effort it. IT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT !!!
Followed their procedures till the interview stage.Setting it up the same interviewer, used 2 telephone numbers, 1 in CA and one in NC, which seemed fishy. The interviewer sent me a text setting up (telephone) appointment. He did not respond to my texts, calls, or emails to confirm, which seemed a bit unprofessional. In any case, he called me about 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Quizzed me about my experience (been in market since 1977 and I currently trade a 7 figure account.) At some point during the call (from the NC number) suddenly call ended. I thought his phone lost power or maybe it was hurricane related. He did not respond to calls, texts, or emails (just like when interview set up). Something about this lack of communication strikes me as NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Even if interviewer concluded somewhere during interview that I was not a good match for the firm, a curt one liner "Sorry, not a match for us", would seem more professional and decent. I am a believer in how you do anything is a sign of how you do everything. The lack of communication, lateness, and rudeness is a good sign that they are not the ones to do business with.
Hi All, I have been working with Maverick currencies for approx. 5 months now and wanted to share a review of my experience for anyone who is considering joining them. I learnt of Maverick through a podcast called The Trading Psychology Podcast which features a trader/author by the name of VP and is cohosted by Robb Reinhold from Maverick. The two of them discuss the psychological world of trading and the roller coaster of emotion you can expect when entering such a domain. I was/am brand new to trading and only developed an interest after searching for ways to help a friend that was succumbing to all the stereotypical horror stories you find from those that enter markets to make a quick buck. As I learnt more the appeal of being able to apply a systematical approach to draw a future additional income appealed to my personality and I made the decision to apply any extra free time to learning how to develop my skills and understanding of the trading business. Why Maverick – I was endeared to the nature in which the topics and content of the podcast were delivered. It felt to me a very honest account of what to expect and provided a wealth of considerations which I could apply focus to. I had the feeling that if I were to work for a company, I would want it to be with people like that, however until looking through the Maverick currencies site I had no idea of their desire to take on and mentor new traders. There is a wealth of information you can learn for yourself online, however in my experience most was anchored into trying to sell you something, and so I thought it best to enter a community of experienced traders where the focus was for us to be mutually profitable. The Interview – More of a getting to know one another to see if you are a suitable fit for each another. A very pleasant experience with everything laid out clearly and time given, after acceptance, to decide and make sure it is right for you. They also give you access to the training platform during this time so you can play around and experience how it all works. That really helped in my decision as it felt very well put together. Training – There are a series of online modules and tests that you have to complete followed by time spent in a practice account. I found these very well put together and you are assigned coaches for the each of the progressing units who help and encourage you to not only learn their methods, but also create your own trading plan. Scheduling time with the coaches was easy and there was an abundance of times to choose from throughout the day. You do have to take the initiative with all of the help that is offered, nobody is going to be chasing you as are free to go at your own pace, however, help and assistance is always there whenever you request it. Fees – I did hesitate for a moment prior to accepting their offer as there are reviews out there which talk of Maverick being a scam and a rip off in regard to the fees that are charged. In the end I decided to make my decision based on the experience I’d had with the people/company and not that of an unknown person ranting online. Yes, there are fees and dependent on your circumstance / perception these could appear high. My mindset is that this a long-term investment and I want to give myself the best possible chance of being successful. Maverick is a business, and they have to weigh out the risk/reward of taking on someone new that is unknown and unproven to them. I think the business model is incredibly smart and makes a lot of sense when you take it all into consideration. In my opinion It encourages, supports and rewards those that are willing to work and be disciplined in their trading career. In conclusion I have no regret embarking on my trading journey with Maverick. The training and ongoing support has been incredible, and I feel like I'm progressing every day. If I were to do one thing differently, I would have started watching their daily currency recaps from the start vs after going live, although maybe that would have been information overload, who knows!
