Dmarket se door rahen, yeh log fraud kar rahe hain. Maine in se Motorola Edge 40 Pro ka order diya tha, lekin inhon ne mujhe Motorola Edge+ 2023 bhej diya. Yeh sirf model ka farq nahi hai, balki yeh phone aik Testing Variant (Engineering Sample) hai jis par saaf likha hai: 'Motorola Confidential Property - Not for Sale'.
Is phone ke maslay:
Bait & Switch: Order kiya Edge 40 Pro ka, lekin bheja Edge+ 2023.
Illegal Unit: Yeh testing unit hai jo bechna qanoonan jurm hai.
Security Threat: Iska Bootloader Unlock hai, jis se data bilkul secure nahi hai.
App Blockage: Google Integrity fail hone ki wajah se Official WhatsApp block hai aur banking apps bhi nahi chaltin.
Signal Issue: 4G chhod kar baar baar 2G/3G pe chala jata hai kyunki hardware defective hai.

Extremely disappointing experience

This company lacks proper customer support! They sent me a defective phone battery and have ignored my claims. They do not respond to messages or calls. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent! Even after submitting a claim, I received no response until I left a negative review, and then they chose to blame me instead of resolving the issue. A reputable company would prioritize its customers.
