Ordered new radio

Ordered new radio, supplied vehicle details including photos of old radio and fitting. New radio was drop shipped from China and was not the right one. The ask if I wanted to return the unit, I confirmed. After that no answer from my emails or text. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don't go near them.

Ordered part in stock, they claim same day dispatch. Seven days later, no dispatch email. Emailed company, but only get automated responses. Landline and Mobile number operate in the same way and result in recorded messages only. I haven't heard back from anyone. Will update if I get the part, or a refund or financial institution advise I've lost my money.

Worst company ever dealt with…

Company doesn't provide tracking numbers, your product may arrive but in my case was completely wrong. Customer Service is run from an AI chat bot and you will never get a response from a person, only CHAT GPT executed responses. ACCC action seems to move them but again incredibly slow. At the time of writing the review, I have not been provided a refund, a replacement of the incorrect product or any timeframes. I am now stuck in a loop with responses coming from CHAT GPT. Horrid company

Left out of pocket costs

I purchased an apple car play head unit for my Toyota Prado off this company. After 2 sets of plug & play wiring harnesses because the original ones were completely wrong, and the unit still not working a refund was given, but absolutely refused to reimburse me for installation costs, even when it had to be installed twice. This was not my fault, as their product wasn’t the quantity they assured me it was when enquiring before purchase. UPDATE. Recently DMS Engineering has contacted me and confirmed, they have now compensated me the $150 that I’d spent on installation costs, making my whole experience with this company far better than previous. Thanks to Jason for his help in this matter.
