Communicated with them about purchasing guards, they checked with ther stock to confirm that their listing information was correct as I pointed out it didn't match the model stated. There listing info was wrong and confirmed that it would suit my vehicle. Spent over $1800 on the items, chased them up for tracking information and 2 weeks later they still had not posted my guards. They then lied to me about a supply issue, as they had already told me they had checked stock. They stopped communicating with me and just refunded me the money minus the shipping. I then had to chase them for the shipping refund. Don't uses these crooks, they spend more time on marketing then customer service.
When deciding whether to buy a product from DMS Engineering, I was torn. There are a number of review websites that warn potential customers of products never being delivered and being mislead from their customer service team that uses funky emojis in their replies to personalise their interaction with you. I decided to take a risk and ignore these reviews. I was foolishly deceived by their fancy website that puts you in a false sense of security that they are legitimate business that delivers on what they promise. Immediately after purchasing the product they told me my shipment was dispatched, but when I asked for a tracking number they couldn't provide one to me. This went on for two weeks, during which they gave me firm dates that I would be provided with proof the product was on the way. These dates passed and no tracking number was provided, which meant that no product had been shipped. I requested a refund and even at this point, they continued to assure me the tracking number was on its way. It was only when I threatened to make a complaint to the ACCC they showed any willingness to provide a refund, but as of the time of this review they haven't issued a refund.
Bought headlights listed to work with my vehicle "plug and play". Upon receiving the headlights I found out that they do not work with my vehicle and they require the purchase of an adapter which was not mentioned anywhere on the product listing. I have been talking to their customer support for a week and am yet to come to any kind of a solution.
advertised same day shipping, waited 3 days and then contacted them - needed the part and chose to buy it from here because it looked to be the fastest. hard to get on the phone and worse via email. got onto them and they marked it as 'dispatched' and gave me a tracking number to keep the peace. waited a week and realised that it hadn't progressed, began contacting them daily for two weeks wondering what was going on and in the second week they were screening my calls lol. just wanted to know where the shit was at. anyway so two weeks later the courier calls me and delivers it, but the shipping tracking still displays it as not dispatched. then go to fit the part and it doesn't fit my car despite being advertised as such. spent the next two weeks filling out paperwork describing what already had an email paper trail in full to finally receive a refund 3 weeks later. shithouse customer service, great marketing. dont do it, go elsewhere ive also unsubscribed multiple times from their mailing list but keep getting their shithouse ai marketing spam. the best part about it is the way they have modelled it to try and be blokey, its pretty cute but shit none the less and you get like 4 a week, absolute garbage
