There appears to be a lack of proper training, and customer service can be abrasive. There have been no noticeable improvements, building maintenance is lacking, and there is non-compliance with bylaws and city standards. While the website may seem appealing, the actual experience is far below industry standards.
This company appears to be manipulating online reviews using employees to suppress and downplay tenant concerns and issues in their buildings—such as pests, heating and water problems, and inadequate management. I know several of these employees, and it's evident they are affiliated with the company. Why is the company trying to conceal genuine tenant experiences instead of addressing the issues? Utilizing staff to diminish tenant feedback is highly concerning.
This company appears indifferent to tenant needs. The management is untrained and unhelpful, lacking problem-solving skills, and the vendors maintain very low standards. Repairs are poorly executed, and building cleanliness is lacking. Even the water temperature is inadequate, offering only lukewarm water instead of hot or cold. They seem uninterested in providing quality service.

The superintendent is hardly ever on-site. Cleaning is neglected. They constantly claim there is no budget. The mailbox is damaged, the bathroom on the main floor is in terrible condition, and the buzzer system has been malfunctioning for years.
I’ve been employed by this property management company for the past year and a half, and I can confidently say they truly promote a culture of success. They celebrate achievements and I greatly value the support I’ve received from my management team!
My brother rents a one-bedroom apartment on the main level due to broken legs and is awaiting surgery for an infection. He has had the hot water bathroom tap running for about three months and is still waiting for repairs. Plumbers took photos and videos and reported it to the property managers, but nothing has been done. Now, the central air unit has leaked, causing significant mold growth in the bathroom, hallway, and bedroom. The plumber turned off the air but won’t fix it due to safety concerns. My brother cannot live in a mold-infested apartment. I've reached out multiple times but received no response regarding his living situation. The neglect is unbearable, and the lack of solutions is appalling, especially since he has been a reliable tenant for six years.
I placed a deposit on a unit without seeing it, amounting to over $2200.00, and they took my money immediately! When I arrived to view the unit, it was in terrible condition, as was the building. I requested to see a better property but was told one was rented, and another might be available. I texted the rental agent about my interest, but she never replied, despite knowing I needed to sign a lease that day. After my complaints, I received an email from the property manager promising a full refund, but that was on May 17th, and I still haven't received anything. It feels like they stole my money. I have contacted my credit card company and will be pursuing a refund based on the manager's promise.
I was evicted after my rent was raised, and I was removed from low-income status. On June 27, 2022, a sheriff locked my home, and I lost 50% of my belongings due to this eviction. I took the case to tribunal, but they provided no assistance. This eviction process started during the pandemic and took two years. The management is unprofessional, and I would never return to them, especially since they have been publicly criticized.
