THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE. They messaged me on Instagram promising to refund me for their sheets once I placed an order and sent the order number. The second I sent my order details, they completely ghosted me. No refund. No response.
This is a shady and dishonest way to trick people into buying overpriced sheets. If a company has to lie to get sales, that should tell you everything you need to know. Do not fall for it.

Thanks Lads. We have been very happy with our TLC sheets, towels & polar blankets. We asked for advice about sizing of sheets for our slide-on camper mattress. Got the reply & our sheets are a perfect fit. Our TLC count 4 sets of sheets, 2 quilt covers, 1 polar blanket and a lot of extra pillowcases. HAPPY CAMPERS!
I ordered a queen bottom sheet and a pack of two pillow cases. The pillow cases do not fit the queen bottom sheet; they are 42 inches long! I asked Lad Collective to switch to the proper size and that company refused. Customer service explained: “ a separate 2-pack, which measure 22 x 42 inches and are currently our only size option for individual pillowcase packs. “ This size discrepancy came without advance notice. Now I am stuck with a sheet and pillow cases me wiwhich do not fit. What does Lad Collective offer: I would need to pay for a return which will be half the price of the sheets. This is poor customer service.
Terrible experience, will never purchase from this company again . Let's be honest when you're paying top dollars for sheets. You expect top experience. Was promised a delivery on sheets to come before Christmas as a present for my sister which I was promised but they never arrived then to receive an email several weeks later telling me that they are sorry but the sheets will not be delivering in time so then I waited another couple of weeks for my sheet to be delivered then to receive the wrong colour. I've got a lot of. I'm sorry and a $50 voucher which does nothing when you're expected to what by another pair of sheets at cost nearly $300 and get a $50 off. I mean let's be honest I would get better service from pillow talk .
After order not turning up. They told us they didnt know if or when they would even get the cooling blanket back in so they would have to refund us the money for only 7 days later it be back on the there website for $62 more.... are you telling me a company doesn't know if they would be getting stock of something within a week?
I bought a set of sheets and a set of towels The sheets are exactly as advertised, deep sides and tagged for convenience. I like a crisp sheet and these a very soft.The towels or rather bath sheets were very disappointing. They are very very narrow and thin, shed more fluff than an animal and the logo embroidery is coming apart
