I received account details with incorrect login credentials, so the service was unusable from the start. I immediately contacted customer support and had to wait 5 days just to get a reply.
When they finally responded, they refused to provide any support and refused to refund the remaining balance in my wallet, even though the issue was entirely on their side.
They took my money, delivered something that does not work, and then hid behind excuses instead of fixing the problem or issuing a refund. This is not a legitimate business practice.

I was sold an ad account that already had outstanding debt. This was never disclosed before the purchase. When I asked for a solution, I was told to pay the debt myself, which is unacceptable.This is misleading and unprofessional. Selling accounts with existing debt is basically scamming customers.
Bought an account, Everything worked well the first 2 days following all their instructions, third day got a checkpoint on Fb and need to verify by phone, reached the customer service but they said they can't help or replace the account since the support is already expired for that order ID.there wont be any support after 2 or 3 days of buying the account, so you cant do anything if something happened to the account (like a checkpoint or something) after that period
