Innovaze Ltd (Company No. 12566970), which traded as The Dog Training College, was wound up by Order

Innovaze Ltd (Company No. 12566970), which traded as The Dog Training College, was wound up by Order of the Court in January 2026 and is currently in liquidation.

Despite this, former students have been contacted via Facebook Messenger and SMS requesting additional payment in relation to The Dog Training College.

In these communications, no clear legal entity name or company registration number has been provided, making it impossible for consumers to independently verify who they are being asked to pay.

A new business trading as British Canine Academy (BCA) has since appeared. At the time of writing, it has become apparent that this is owned by the same CEO as Dog Training College.

Consumers should exercise caution and ensure they are provided with full legal company details before making any payment.

One star is too kind for a “company” like this!

One star is too kind for a “company” like thisI enrolled with the Dog Training College in 2025 with excitement to further my skills in the dog industry. Fast forward to 2026 and I’m left out of pocket and damaged by the whole process. To future students that consider committing time effort and more importantly hard earned money with this company, short answer don’t, run away whilst you have the chance. I highly suggest doing research with other providers and opting for them. Why do I say this? Because I paid £2000 for a course that could not be completed and was treated horrifically by the owners and directors and staff at the dog training college as were many other students. The owners were trying to play business whilst failing miserably and playing business with students hard earned cash. Which eventually saw the liquidation of the dog training college. They took students money and said that everything was ready to go and I could study and take my time with the course. Only months later for them to take the course offline because they hadn’t paid their hosting bill and then have no communication for months after during this period because behind the scenes they were being made bankrupt and didn’t have the gumption to communicate this to their students. Without mentioning names the two directors at this company have burnt trust, affected students businesses, and mental health and put their education back, simply because they saw ££££. For me personally my business has been affected by this, my mental health has been severely affected. And my business has taken a £2000 hit. You may say why didn’t I do research on the company before parting ways with such a some of money. The truth is who actually checks what financial struggles a company is in? Especially one that holds themselves to being trustworthy and ethical. This company is anything but! Lastly you’ll hear that the dog training college will be under new ownership, don’t believe it New people may have bought the naming rights but they’ll soon hand it back over to the two culprits who got it so so wrong in the first place. To new students - save your money invest it with another provider don’t be fooled by this shambles.

A joke of a company

I purchased the dog training course for £2000 in 2023 and from the very start I realised I had made a huge mistake, I didn’t find the way the course was ran helpful at all. An absolute joke of a company who have now left all of their students £2000+ out of pocket because they’ve been liquidated. Absolutely disgusting.

I wish I could give this company lower…

I wish I could give this company lower than 1 star. The level of lies and dishonesty is astounding and heartbreaking. They dissolve the company and say nothing. They haven’t just cost me £800 (I can’t get a refund due to time past and due to the nature of a self paced course) but also my goals. This company hides behind lies, deception and heartless dream sellers. Taking advantage of people who want to help and better the world of dogs and dog training. Absolutely disgusting!

Canine Behaviour at K9 Education and Day Care

I recently completed the Canine Behaviour course at K9 Day Care and Education and was extremely impressed. The content was clear, engaging and really well structured. Even complex behaviour concepts became easier to understand. Laura showed deep knowledge and she has a real passion for dog welfare. It made the experience enjoyable and inspiring. It was good to talk through examples and how I can apply what I learnt for my own dogs behaviours. I’ve already noticed a difference by being able to better understand body language and managing reactive moments more confidently. The support from Laura is excellent and questions were answered promptly and informatively. I would recommend the course to anyone looking to better understand your dog, improve behaviour and strengthen your bond. It’s informative, professional and a great course.

Go easy to follow videos

Was difficult to get into at first due to the videos not working so having to read the transcripts, however now the videos are up and running again it was a easy and rewarding experience to follow along with. I have dived straight into my second crash course with this one being slightly longer.
