Review Time
Absolutely horrid. I received a subpar excuse for a Genshin costume. Sadly I had bought two at the same time, a Honkai Star Rail one too, because I didn't want to pay an extra 100$ in shipping, expecting that they would be good quality based on their videos, photos and reviews. I'm not convinced DokiDoki's photos are even theirs. I left a deserved, bad review on a costume and only then did they offer their "after-sale service" - this excuse for a 'service' is basically telling the customer to go F themselves. They waited until the return window was up - literally a few days after I could've returned it - to return my email, and said they couldn't accept the return. When I chewed them out for conveniently waiting to even respond to my review, they said they would accept the return, then completely ghosted. I tried to reach out after and it's been absolute crickets. The extra costume is to this day, literally still in the bag, sealed. I have every piece of the other costume and it, too, is in the same bag it arrived in. Two unworn costumes that I can't do a single thing with. Over three-hundred US dollars, not including the one-hundred dollar shipping that we all know is an absolute scam. I've never seen such a racket over cosplay.
