The absolute worst DO NOT BUY!

The absolute worst! I've been trying to return a dog feeder for at least a month. I've sent four emails requesting a return. I have not open the box and I have not used the item. The company states you can return items within 60 days. But they have zero customer service. There's no phone number and they take a few weeks to response to my emails. I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of professional customer support.

Very practical and perfect for my big dog!

I purchased a 15L automatic feeder for my big dog, I hope it can save me time and give me energy to do more things. It really helps, currently I can sleep 20 minutes more every morning, so happy.

Do not buy their defective pet feeders

Do not buy their defective feeders. I purchased a large feeder within a week its already malfunctioning. The dispenser is spitting out random amounts of food, not the programed amount. The buttons on the feeder are non-responsive no matter how many times I reset. No buttons work. Even after I unplug it. Their customer support number is a fake phone number that has a mainland China area code, and when you call it literally says this is not a working number. FAKE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I contacted customer online chat 2x over a week and got ZERO replies. I sent email explaining this entire situation asking for a refund, they pretended like they couldn't read English and said they can't provide a return approval without reason for approval. I literally listed an entire email full of reasons, and they claim there are no reasons. Complete crooks. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.At least if you buy on Amazon if they try to scam you with a defective product, you can refund it through Amazon. I made the mistake of buying it off their website and now it's a nightmare.

Ordered the product in November and as of December 5, still haven't received my items. Customer service is horrible and I will not buy from this company again.

Customer service is very poor

Customer service is very poor. If you need to return this item (as I did), then it's difficult to get an RMA.I made a request for the RMA on October 1 due to the feeder malfunctioning. On October 13, I received an email indicating that they would NOT pay for return shipping because this was not a quality issue!!If the feeder work sometimes, and not other times....that seems like a quality issue!!!

Dokoo Pet has far surpassed my expectations. Their products have brought both me and my furry companions immense joy. I purchased their feeder to ensure my pets maintain a healthy diet even when I'm away on business trips. This feeder allows me to monitor my pets' activities at home in real-time and can use my recorded voice to call them to meals. I appreciate the feeder's large capacity, which easily lasts my two cats for 28 days. I genuinely hope that Dokoo continues to improve and develop even better products in the future.

Great product so far!

We have had this for just under a week. I am hoping it keeps working the way it is so far. I looked high and low and returned many feeders to Amazon because my dogs food would jam the machines. This one is working like a charm. I love all the features yet it is simple to use. Love that the machine stores lots of food, my dog is about 60 pounds as bf eats three times a day. Have not had to fill the feeder in the week we’ve been using it and it held almost a whole large bag. Would def recommend!!!!
