The photo came out beautifully and was specifically designed for my sister's dog, showcasing her distinctive features rather than a generic stock image. My sister was thrilled with it, making it an excellent gift!
This is not perfect. The artist had to work with a far from perfect photo. I am not sure we caught the character, the spirit, of our cat, but the drawing is beautiful and the quality of the materials is good. I usually don’t write reviews, but I am just so enthralled. Thank you West & Willow!
The picture is absolutely beautiful. It really captures my dog perfectly. This is the second one I have ordered. I have ordered 2 phone cases as well, and they fit the 2 styles of phones exactly. The pics on the phone covers are perfect too. One portrait went missing in the mail, and they sent a new one ASAP. Excellent customer service.

What made the experience GREAT was that any questions I had going forward were answered in a timely fashion. As well, my photo was not the best, but the best I could obtain, and West & Willow were so understanding that they said they would do their best. And they did! I was over the moon with the results. And seeing the end product in the frame I had selected blew me totally away. I could not have asked for more! I plan to spread the word about West & Willow. They are extremely accommodating and quite punctual, and helpful, with any questions I had.
