I was going to order gluten free pizza. When I asked the staff, they said I could only order gf in the app. I was kinda annoyed by that but then he said just for me he would make me my own gluten free pizza with my own toppings. The guy was really nice and now we’re dating. I mean he was charming.😘😉🤭☺️
Your UK Surrey Weybridge branch - bunch of losers work there. Horrible manager and staff. Rude as hell. And the pizza they make absolute raw and unedible. And if you complain they defend their money and praising their ovens! ROFL!! AVOID AVOID AVOID THESE scammers!!! The male manager in particular rude.
Well my expirence at dominos isnt great in bowes park they just chuck it into a mess so the toppings end up all around the box and the pizza is a mess wad ball all mashed up ...
This branch has been extremely disappointing. I've ordered from here twice, and both times the pizza was unacceptable. I requested extra heat, but they overloaded it with jalapeños instead. Now, they are denying my refund request. I've been following up for months with no response. The manager is also quite rude. This experience has tarnished the brand's reputation. I recommend avoiding this location to spare yourself the frustration. Also, the large pizza is more like a thin medium size.
I ordered a Vegetarian Volcano pizza but instead got one with non-vegetarian toppings, specifically tandoori chicken. I've attached photos for proof. This mislabeling breaches food safety standards and caused me considerable distress as I adhere to a strict vegetarian diet. This incident occurred at a local pizza store. I strongly advise against ordering from this location due to the staff's lack of responsibility in handling their errors.
I would give this place a zero if I could. I placed an order with the service and waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the pizza, only for it not to arrive. The delivery driver claimed he delivered it, which is hard to believe since nothing was captured on the doorbell camera. I won’t be ordering again; this place has really declined. I paid via a payment service and received a refund immediately.
I was very unhappy with my experience at my local store. One pizza was undercooked, and when I left feedback, the response was unsatisfactory. They called me but refused to help since I didn't have photos, which I didn't think to take with hungry kids. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a credit on my next order would have sufficed. I won’t be returning now.
