First time ordering has been a nightmare

This is my first experience with this service, and it has been terrible. There’s no customer service; calls go unanswered, and if you wait on hold, the call disconnects. I want to know why my food ordered on 7/03/24 hasn’t arrived. This is beyond frustrating. Either respond to my inquiries or refund my money. Update: as of 7/31/24, still no food and no response from customer service.

Extremely frustrating experience with this company

This has been the most frustrating company I’ve dealt with. Two of my last three orders were significantly delayed; the first arrived spoiled, and the latest hasn’t shipped even five days after it was due. I’ve tried every contact method listed on their website, but no one answers or replies to emails. I just want a refund for my order that hasn’t arrived and to cancel my account. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you enjoy a headache trying to get your money back.

Order never shipped

My order for July 13, 2024 was not delivered. Normally, I see delivery updates, but this time there was nothing. I messaged the service via chat on my account, but received no response by July 19, 2024. My account was charged $134.00 around July 3, 2024. I’m starting to doubt that I’ll receive my order or get my money back. I was very pleased with the food previously, but now I’m hesitant about ordering from non-established services. Buyers should be cautious and avoid placing future orders with this company.

Great food, but customer service is hard to reach

The food is fantastic! I’ve tried two other meal services, and this one has the best quality food by far. However, most weeks, at least one meal is wrong and one is missing. My latest delivery arrived three days late and was warm. I struggle to contact customer service, and my recent issue remains unresolved. When I do reach them, one representative is always helpful, but it's frustrating how difficult it is to connect with someone.
