Never again will I order out i seldom but I was hungry these fast food restaurants disgusting I ordered pizza from 716 south street they changed and arm and a leg and didn't give me no topping never again will I do business with this place just like I ordered out st pizza pizza the other day and there was hair in my food never again
The worst place run by a scammer and a thief who steal money from customers by double charging. Police came and it still refused to refund. I hope it loses business. Let’s not give it a chance to have a future in the town and anywhere.

The food ordered was cold , packing was pathetic,taste bad,and the cheese was not at all on the pizza,.maybe trying to save on the money
It is not just once ,but has happened couple of times,
At times they don't provide the seasoning sachet.
Very bad experience
I placed my order over an hour ago the order did come at 6:54 I instructed the driver that my order was not completed he said that he will return shortly with the completed order the Domino's restaurant is less than four blocks away it is now 1 hour after the original delivery and now the store is not answering and the driver is not answering I am more than upset and unsatisfied with this service. I have order from this Domino's on 76th and Good Hope in Milwaukee Wisconsin several times and just have high hopes and positive comments with them however today is 100% different I am at the point now of now never wanting to order from Domino's again. This experience is very discouraging seeing that Domino's is one of my best places that I love to have pizza... Please try to hire employees that take their job seriously and not just leave the customer hanging.. this entire experience has really have me frowning on Domino's Pizza. It's disappointing however I will not order from you guys again.

Ordered from the Galax va location via the mobile app paid for it with debit card the tracker advised me when it was ready for pickup when arriving at location they had closed early due to inclement weather without calling me letting me know I just paid for pizzas that Iam not getting contacted the store today the manager was very rude said there is nothing he can do that he is short handed and didn't have time to discuss this matter I even told him I would like to go ahead and come today get the order he told me I would have to pay for it again in case they had put in for a refund to my bank which will take 7 to 10 days I advised him I would contact corporate on this matter he said it won't do any good they will just call me ask me about it very rude and unprofessional attitude I will not be ordering here again
I visited a local store today. The food was satisfactory and the customer service was decent. However, I noticed that the employee at the counter touched the computer screen several times, handled my payment, and then proceeded to prepare a pizza without wearing gloves. This raised concerns about health standards. I'm uncertain about ordering online again, as I can't verify if staff are following proper health protocols. This issue could be easily addressed!
Completely disappointing service that refuses to take responsibility. They blame delivery drivers for delays, even when orders are placed through their website. The special items are consistently incorrect. I suggest everyone try another option that offers the same menu. This service lacks creativity, as their menu is identical to others. It's truly a joke of a food outlet.
I visited a local branch and encountered a problem with the website, resulting in part of my order being incorrectly placed. Additionally, another portion of my order was made wrongly. When I called to explain the situation, I was accused of lying about the incorrectly made item. I mentioned my aversion to a specific ingredient and requested a solution or a credit, but they refused to assist. After being called a liar multiple times and receiving no help, the call ended abruptly. I returned to clarify my concerns and was met with the same refusal. Even the manager, when he finally answered, accused me of lying and threatened to call the authorities if I didn't leave. I received no refund or credit, and they kept the food I couldn't consume.
