I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ish from British Gas, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. I was previously with a different energy company and wasn’t sure if switching would actually make much of a difference, but Ish took the time to clearly explain my options and show me exactly how much I could save each month.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. There was no pressure at all — just honest, straightforward advice tailored to my situation. Thanks to Ish’s help, the whole switching process was smooth and stress-free, and I’m now saving money every month.
I really appreciate his friendly approach and excellent customer service. If you’re thinking about switching to British Gas, I’d highly recommend speaking to Ish!

Meet a man who was working for this company who signed me up to British gas saying if I switched fro

Meet a man who was working for this company who signed me up to British gas saying if I switched from OVO I wouldn't have to pay an exit fee and would save 7 pound a week with British gas.

As it turns out I have now been changed 70 pounds for exit fee and now own OVO 15 quid

I am now trying to stay with OVO by talking with them on phone.

Do not trust this company as a person with autism this has put me in a bad situation

Luckily British gas has cancelled the supply and I'm back with OVO but I'm now down 30 quid in my account due to exit fee

OVO refund 50

This company has wasted me money do not use them

Your agent did not give up easily when I tried to dismiss him, he quickly and successfully convinced me to sign up there and then after showing me how much money I've been wasting on energy bills. Well done
