My order said it was delivered. It was not. I checked at my front door, mailbox, even asked neighbors and I live alone so no one here got it. I contacted My Photo Wallet and they keep saying they don't know where it is! I checked all carriers and none of them have records of my order!!

Don't purchase from this company. My item (personalised musical framed photo) arrived badly damaged, unfinished as it came without a back to it & not in a nice (protected) box as advertised in their online video advert . Front photo image was torn & sound/ battery element torn off the item. Total cost £27.50p I eventually managed to get a partial £20.85p refund except for the £6.65p cost of postage. I was just so annoyed I just agreed their refund offer so that I didn't need to deal with them ever again.The product is cheap looking, doesn't look as good as advertised & not packaged with any care by the company ( I don't blame the delivery company for the damage I blame employees at "My Photo Wallet" for the unacceptable way it was packed & made) Absolutely not acceptable by My Photo Wallet 👎👎👎👎PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK 👎👎👎👎
I wish I could give 0 stars. This is cheaply made and plastic, looks nothing like the photo. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift, and it cost over $60 with shipping. I ordered a photo gift that depicted a strand of photos around a Christmas tree. It looks like metal inside and a glass dome. It was a strand of poor quality photos on paper, unprofessionally laid around the cheap tree, plastic dome, and words were printed spaced incorrectly. Customer service offered me $12. Scam.
I have ordered from photo wallet before but this will be the last time. The wallet is very cheap. The personalization is incorrect and the photo is hardly visible. The wallet came from China and arrived after Christmas. Very disappointed.
I ordered custom reels for a viewfinder for my daughter. The reels that were delivered were too thick to be used in the viewfinder, so they were completely useless. I tried to post a review on the actual product page but clearly they only allow for positive reviews. Very disappointed.
BE AWARE, TWO IDENTICAL SITES UNDER ".CO.UK AND .COM". Purchased a Mini Music Record Player which was supposed to be a special gift for my grandmother. It is a sensitive time and wanted this to bring some joy. It arrived unusable. The other one I purchased works, albeit quite tacky. In addition, a keychain I purchased is very poor quality. It is very dark and looks cheap. Considering I spent £58.75 I expected a lot better. Trying to get through to customer services doesn't work. The instructions on the website are clearly outdated because the said options aren't available. So I am left with a product that doesn't work, I cannot give to my grandmother and I cannot get through to anyone to discuss. I would not recommend this company. Shipping is expensive and from China, so don't waste your time as it won't arrive on time.
I ordered the spinning light up christmas tree with photos. The description said it has an engraved real wood base and that it spins. When I finally received it, it was completely plastic you can see the rings in the PLASTIC not wood base the names that were supposed to be engraved are protruding and not even painted well. It absolutely does not spin and when I contacted support they tried to gaslight me saying the description says it does not spin. Thankfully I took screenshots because they took down the picture at the top of the product page that said it spins. And they only offered me 13$ out of the almost 50$ that I spent. It was supposed to be a christmas present and I would be embarrassed to wrap this thing as a gift.
I received my item and it was not what I expected. It was supposed to have a photo on the full cover of the wallet and it was the bottom half of the wallet when I inquired about this about a refund or what I should do about the problem they gave me a $4.31 refund which is a joke. Do not buy from these people you will not be satisfied.
I placed an order for a stuffed animal made from a drawing. I never received any kind of mock up of what it would look like and that's when I looked up reviews. It's on me for not doing this first but I was trying to get a gift for someone in time for Christmas. I did receive it tonight so timing was good but the product is completely wrong. It's a pillow, not a stuffed animal. It has stains on it, and the writing, which wasn't intended to be included, is printed in mirror image on one side! It's also a weird brown color overall. I cannot give this as a gift and am so embarrassed that I wasted my money.
